SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

 

New Care Company SAS offers free shipping for purchases over COP $ 100,000, or, in all orders nationwide, it does not apply for purchases internationally, delivery will be made from Monday to Friday with standard delivery times of 3-6 business days. All orders are subject to our Verification Procedure, which is necessary for our protection against credit card fraud and / or identity theft. We will notify you by phone or email if your order is delayed.

 

Everything shipped nationwide, that is, departments in Colombia have a cost of ($ 11,000 COP) with a delivery time of 2-4 business days for a package weighing less than 1 kg.

 

Everything locally shipped to Bogotá has a cost of ($ 8,000 COP) with a delivery time of 1-2 business days for a package weighing less than 1 kg.

 

Express Delivery

 

Available only for in-stock items. For fast delivery, we offer a responsible and safe carrier that complies with quality service on time with deliveries. Express delivery options must be made before 09:00 a.m. For the item to be shipped the same business day locally, cash on delivery will be sent. In other words, they will cancel the payment of the shipment when you receive the package. Local and National orders placed after 09:00 a.m. will be received two business days after shipment and cash on delivery will be sent. Weekend delivery is not available. All orders are subject to verification.

 

The term "2 days" describes the number of business days your package is in transit after it leaves our warehouse. "2-day shipping" means that your order will arrive at the shipping address within 2 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. Out of stock items will be shipped as they become available and the customer will be informed. Orders with New Care Company shipping on a non-business day or holiday will ship the next business day.

 

 

International Mail

 

We use the standard services for international shipments, which can take between 10 and 30 business days depending on the destination country and INCOTERM. International orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. The Shipping cost will be added or adjusted based on the total weight of your order and destination. It will be canceled by the client without taking into account the minimum purchase amount of the requested order.

 

Customs and import duties:

 

All orders shipped outside of Colombia may be subject to customs duties, and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot predict what these fees will be when we ship the products. All garments are carefully packed to ensure that you receive your garments in the best possible condition. Return Policies

 

New Care Company SAS offers a guaranteed satisfaction shopping experience. We know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. This is why we offer a 14 business day easy return policy. You can return unused and unwashed products with all labels attached or if it is a product it must have its original packaging, within 14 business days for an exchange or refund.

 

The sending of this return will be assumed by the customer. It does not apply if this product is returned under warranty.

 

Garments received for guarantees must apply the following conditions:

 

They must be in perfect cleaning condition:

 

  • Loose seams or fractures of supplies in (Hooks, rods, accessories)

  • Manufacturing defects in abnormal conditions before wearing and washing the garment.

 

Credits or charges due will be issued based on the original payment method minus the original shipping fee, Please allow twenty (20) business days for your return / exchange to be processed after it is received.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of www.newcarecompany.com. Each reseller has their own customer service department and you should contact the seller directly if there is a problem with your order. These items cannot be returned to New Care Company SAS.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

20 days: all returns must be supported by the tracking number within 10 calendar days after placing the order.

 

 

Documentation: Your Invoice must be sent with your returned items in order for New Care Company to process your refund along with a Return Merchandise Authorization.

 

Good Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition and are considered unused before they can be accepted for a refund.

 


IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE RETURN OF A GIRDLE CONSIDERED INTIMATE CLOTHING:

 

All original manufacturers' labels or packaging must be intact for us to accept a return. To ensure that we only sell new and unworn products, we ask that when trying on new underwear or any crotch garment, you do so only over your own clean underwear. All girdles and other crotch garments are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, and if we believe an item has been tried or worn we will not accept it as a return. We recommend that you do not use perfume, lotions or deodorant when testing your purchase, and take into account any aesthetic elements that you are wearing in contact with the garment. Any garment with brands or scents can be non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item that does not meet our quality control and hygiene test.

Shipping Guide

 

Once you finish your purchase through our online store, we will send you an order confirmation email. The maximum delivery time is 72 hours and we do it through nationally recognized carriers. Although orders are generally delivered 48 hours after purchase depending on the delivery city.
